- Registrar development with NCBC or equivalent
- Liaise with utility companies and obtain service quotations and agree timings
- Ensure all required Health and Safety documentation produced and in place
- Arrange a prestart meeting with all required
Construction
- Up date construction phase Health and Safety plan and issue statuary notifications
- Control construction works to ensure fully compliant to specification and standards
- Arrange regular production meetings producing minutes and actions
- Arrange for client variations and produce regular cost to complete accounts
- Monitor programme and arrange for phased sectional or part handovers
- Liaise with NHBC, Building Control, and Planning Authority, Highways to ensure all conditions satisfactorily discharged and obtain final certificates
- Conclude all Health and Safety documentation and pas a copy to client
Post Construction
- Conclude all final accounts and obtain required documentation from subcontractors
- Set up systems and agree procedures to manage all after care issues
- Produce and Issue all operating and maintenance manuals
- Obtain all warrantees and issue to client
- Arrange for final project review meeting to ensure project satisfactorily completed
